HOW WE PROTECT DATA

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security

caesars applies specific technical and procedural controls to protect your personal data at every stage — from account creation through to withdrawal processing and eventual record deletion.

Encryption at rest and in transit

All personal data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest. Data moving between your device and our systems — including UPI or Paytm payment details — travels over TLS-encrypted connections so it cannot be read in transit.

Cookie controls you manage

We use functional cookies to keep your session active and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings panel in your account.

Account access security

Your account is protected by password authentication plus optional two-factor verification. We log each login attempt with timestamp and IP address, and we flag unusual access patterns for a manual security review.

Data retention schedule

We keep your active account data for as long as your account remains open. Transaction records tied to UPI, PhonePe or Paytm payments are held for the period required by applicable law and then permanently deleted.

Who inside caesars sees your data

Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it to complete a specific task — account verification, withdrawal processing or support resolution. We do not grant broad internal access; permissions are role-based and reviewed regularly.

Submitting a data change request

To correct inaccurate data or request deletion of an account, submit a written request via the in-account Help Centre or our privacy email. We verify your identity first, then action the request within the legally required window.

Your Privacy Questions Answered

The questions below cover the data rights and privacy practices we are most often asked about. If your question is not listed, contact our support team via email or live chat and we will respond with a specific answer tied to your account situation.

We collect the details you enter during registration — name, email, phone number and date of birth — plus payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Device data such as IP address and browser type is also logged automatically when you access the site.

Yes. Submit a data access request through the Privacy and Data tab in the in-account Help Centre, or email our privacy team. After identity verification, we provide a structured copy of your data within the period required by applicable law.

Some fields — such as phone number or email — can be updated directly in your account settings. For other corrections, such as name or date of birth, contact the support team via live chat or email with supporting documentation and we will update the record promptly.

We share data only with payment processors handling your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and only the minimum needed to complete those transactions. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes with unrelated third parties.

Once you close your account, we retain transaction and identity records for the minimum period required by applicable law in your region, then permanently delete them. Non-transactional data such as session logs is deleted sooner, typically within 90 days of closure.

Open the cookie settings panel available in your account dashboard or in the site footer. You can switch off analytics cookies while keeping functional cookies active — functional cookies are required for your session to stay logged in, so those cannot be fully disabled.

Contact our privacy team by email or through the in-account Help Centre with details of your concern. We acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction where local law provides that right.
